Hotpot is one of the prevailing cuisines in China that has been also expanding to the other regions of the world nowadays. It is a playful and fun way for family and friends to enjoy together. Just like fondue, you would have a pot with boiling soup to cook various food ingredients in it. The name of our restaurant HOT & HOT is inspired by the nature of hotpot, both the food and our body continually remain hot during the happy meal. HOT&HOT has two locations in Amsterdam, de Hobbemakade and at the Zeedijk. The hotpots are also available in vegan and vegetarian flavors. Then the question is what exactly does hotpot refer to? There are generally three steps: 1) choose the number of soup flavors and the flavor(s); 2) choose dishes to be cooked in the boiling soup; 3) make your own dipping sauce to add more flavor and enjoy your meal.
