Daalder

In 2021 Dennis Huwaë received his first Michelin star with the 54 m2 restaurant Daalder on the Lindengracht. This year they are moving to a larger location in the Sieraard to offer more people to taste their delicious food. No stiff hassle, as Daalder itelf says, but a dynamic setting to bring people together. They leave the polished marble behind on the Lindengracht, and it makes place for graphic shapes, neon design and street art. At Daalder you can dine à la carte or opt for a 4 to 10-course chef’s menu. Daalder has a vegetarian and meat, fish chef's menu. The Westergasterras is located in a special location on the Westerpark. The Westerpark is a mix of park and industrial area. At the Westergast terrace you can enjoy both. From the huge terrace you have a view of the park and the Gashouder. In the summer you can enjoy the sun until the late hours and in the winter the terrace is wonderfully heated. You can go to the Westergasterras for lunch and dinner, drinks and cocktails. The vegan options are unfortunately a bit limited here, but for every dish there is an option. On the Industrial NDSM site between cranes, ships and steel there is an old shipyard canteen with a new circular look: Helling 7. You can come here for lunch, work, drinks, the terrace and dinner. Rijks opened its doors in 2014 in the Philips Wing of the Rijksmuseum. Rijks has been in possession of a Michelin star since 2016.
