Bibliotheek Goes
The Library in Goes is the only library in the whole of the Netherlands with a catering section with a 100% vegan menu. The café also takes sustainability into account: for example, most products come from Zeeland soil, so less transportation is needed. This café is an excellent combination with a visit to the library, but you can also drop in without bringing any books. Although that is made difficult because you are surrounded by books everywhere. A nice living room vibe it certainly is. You can only pay by card here, no cash. There is no fixed menu, which is why RestauPlant has no examples and menu online. Warung Senang is a small eatery in the historic center of Middelburg. Here you can smell and taste the varied dishes from the "Gordel van Smaragd". There are several vegan options and a few meat dishes. The owner cooks and serves himself and gets his inspiration from all parts of Indonesia.
