Amsterdam has so many Hotspots, it sometimes seems very hard to find a restaurant where you do not have to make a reservation weeks ahead. The Meets Restaurant
The Meets is a plant-based restaurant. In 2016 they opened a small brunch café in De Pijp with a concept of 80% plant-based, 20% meat/fish. During covid they decided to switch completely to a plant-based menu. In this colorful, homely restaurant you eat delicious Italian inspired food with international influences and taste a good selection of homemade fermented drinks, organic wines, local beers or delicious cocktails. + More info- International

Maz Mez
Maz Mez is a hidden jam in Amsterdam West. Here you can eat Lebanese food, drink Lebanese wines and cocktails. Lebanese food is often very suitable for vegans and vegetarians because in general a lot of beans and vegetables are used. This is also lik this at Maz Mez. Koffie ende Koeck
Maartje Borst opened the doors of Koffie ende Koeck in 2014. She has been taught cooking and baking from her parents from a very early age and you can taste and see that in the cakes she bakes and the lunch you can eat here. Meanwhile, Koffie en de Koeck has been taken over by Leonie and Ruby. Koffie ende Koeck is a fully vegan lunchroom where you can drink coffee, taste the beautifull cakes and lunch that are all freshly made. Looking for a high tea? That's also possible, but please make a reservation in advance. Do you like the food and cakes? Papa Thang is a Vientiane street food restaurant in Amsterdam Noord. After Thang Pham, the restaurant's chef, had cooked all over the world, he decided to go back to his roots. With traditional ingredients, flavours from the street and a lot of creativity, the dishes of Papa Thang are prepared. TestTafel
Testtafel is a foundation that offers a seven-course dinner, completely vegan, several evenings a week. The menu changes every week, so it's always nice to get surprised. Reservations are required and guests are welcome from Wednesday to Saturday evening. Nice to know: there is no owner at the Test Table, so no one can pay themselves a profit. At MOGU Malatang they serve - the name says it all - Malatang. This is a Chinese street food soup. They have three different types of stock as a base, and 40 types of vegetables that you can put in it. The nice thing is that as a guest you can choose which ingredients and how much you want to eat. This way you can order it exactly to your taste. The ingredients are almost all vegan, with a few vegetarian options. Wild & the Moon is a Parisian vegan concept. The location on Elandsgracht is the newest and now the fourth location in Amsterdam. With this location, the center of Amsterdam also has a healthy restaurant. Wild & the Moon believes in nutritious food that is good for the planet and also very tasty. They offer a selection of cold-pressed juices, vegetable drinks, smoothies, salads, soups, desserts, super bowls and snacks. All products are supplied by organic and responsible agricultural suppliers. They do not use refined sugars, additives, preservatives, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), gluten or dairy products.
