Bonboon is a vegan restaurant in Amsterdam. Originally it was located on the KNSM Island, but since 2023 you will find the beautiful building on Rozenstraat. . Many call Bonboon one of the best vegan restaurants in Amsterdam, a truly refined culinary experience. Bonboon has a small menu where you can choose from a four or five-course menu. Driven by a love for animals, Bonboon offers guests a relaxing evening without the use of animal products. At Studio Konijnenvoer (Rabbit food) you can choose two completely different nights out. Under one roof, you will find two concepts: 'Trattoria 89' and 'de chique zaak (the chic business)'. At both places the owners have decided to not put their menu online. At Trattoria 89 you will find delicious Italian dishes. At De Chique Zaak you experience totally different things: as the name suggests, it is a fancier version. Not Italian cuisine, but international. The chef experiments with fermented ingredients and different cuisines. Here you choose from a five or- seven-course menu. However, in both concepts, the cuisine is 100% plant-based. Bij Albrecht is a special restaurant in the center of Eindhoven. The restaurant works by appointment, so you can't just walk in. The menu is a surprise: guests only choose from 4 or 5 courses and can choose per course whether they want a matching wine or a non-alcoholic drink. The examples on our website are indicative and outdated, but are not on the map right now. So you can let yourself be surprised. Chef Manfred has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years and started his own restaurant in 2016, where he transforms plant-based ingredients into interesting dishes. Manfred also cooks at home, so if you fancy a culinary feast in your own home, that can be arranged. Vegan fine dining is possible at Achterwerk. You will be served a surprise menu here, where you can also order a matching drinks package. This can be non-alcoholic or alcoholic. Achterwerk is a concept of OOST. OOST consists of different concepts within an old gymnasium; for example, you can have a chic dinner at Achterwerk, but also have a drink at bar Cilinder.
