They were gone for a little while, but they're back: H/earth! A cozy restaurant where they serve a completely plant-based menu. From their old location in De Pijp they moved to a new location in Amsterdam East. With all kinds of sushi, soulfood dishes, cocktails and delicious wines you can enjoy lunch, dinner and drinks till late in the evening. The only thing the Vegan Sushi Bar fishes out of the sea is plastic. The sushi menu is 100% plant-based and has more to offer than just a boring maki avocado. The Vegan Sushi Bar mimics sushi by using, for example, salmon or shrimp substitutes. The sushi is a feast for the eyes because of the beautiful colors that are used. Poké Perfect - Amsterdam Prinsengracht

At Poké Perfect, you'll find - the name says it all - perfect poké bowls. With a choice of sushi rice, lettuce, quinoa or zucchini noodles as a base, there's something for everyone. You can buy one of the standard pokebowls; three are vegan. But you can also make your own bowl, with, for example, incredibly realistic vegan salmon, sticky tempeh, mango, miso glazed eggplant or edamame beans. Most ingredients are vegan, except for the cream cheese and animal proteins. And as a side dish, vegetarians and vegans can go for a seaweed salad, spring rolls or gyoza.
