You can buy one of the standard pokebowls; three are vegan. But you can also make your own bowl, with, for example, incredibly realistic vegan salmon, sticky tempeh, mango, miso glazed eggplant or edamame beans. Most ingredients are vegan, except for the cream cheese and animal proteins. And as a side dish, vegetarians and vegans can go for a seaweed salad, spring rolls or gyoza.
