BROEI - Utrecht
Restaurant BROEI is a modern living room restaurant with a front garden on the Oosterkade. The restaurant is completely plant-based and the interior is also very green, which gives it a very nice atmosphere. BROEI is open from early in the morning until late in the evening, with a suitable menu for every part of the day. For example, you can eat pancakes as an early bird, but also have an extensive drink with bbq cauliflower wings and celeriac nuggets. In the evening a 3, 4 or 5 course menu is available. The menu changes every two months. A fun fact about BROEI is that they also get a lot of vegetables from enthusiastic home growers who bring their stuff from their vegetable garden to the restaurant. + More info

Life's a peach is a cozy vegan lunchroom in the center of Utrecht where you can escape the hustle and bustle. Life's a peach is a focacceria; Here you will find different types of freshly baked focaccias according to an Italian recipe. In addition to focaccias, life's a peach also has a wide range of sweets. Everything you find here is made with love and respect for the world. The lunchroom is very cozy and small. If you want to come with three or more people, it is wise to reserve a table in advance. De Concierge is a pop-up initiative that is located in the characteristic caretaker's house on Vondellaan. Every room in the house has been given a new purpose and a small, but colorful vegan restaurant has been created in the former living room. The kitchen is run by the Little World Kitchen and serves a variety of fresh and healthy breakfasts, lunches, savory and sweet treats. The menu also includes dishes especially for children. Poké Perfect - Utrecht
At Poké Perfect, you'll find - the name says it all - perfect poké bowls. With a choice of sushi rice, lettuce, quinoa or zucchini noodles as a base, there's something for everyone. You can buy one of the standard pokebowls; three are vegan. But you can also make your own bowl, with, for example, incredibly realistic vegan salmon, sticky tempeh, mango, miso glazed eggplant or edamame beans.
