In 2019, Vegan Heroes started out as a 'dark kitchen', in other words, a kitchen where you can only order (usually via a delivery app or online ordering system). That went so well that the owners decided to turn it into a real restaurant, where you can also take away or dine on location. You will find fast food, such as döner, hair salon, wraps or bitterballen. Everything is 100% vegan. Bij Albrecht is a special restaurant in the center of Eindhoven. The restaurant works by appointment, so you can't just walk in. The menu is a surprise: guests only choose from 4 or 5 courses and can choose per course whether they want a matching wine or a non-alcoholic drink. At Jungle Café you can have an extensive breakfast, brunch and lunch. Everything on the menu is 100% vegan, fresh and largely organic.
