Restaurant Flore
Hotel de l'Europe on Nieuwe Doelenstraat in Amsterdam houses Restaurant Flore, a 'Conscious Fine Dining' concept, led by Michelin-star chef Bas van Kranen. Here, high-quality ingredients are transformed into simple but special dishes that change with the seasons. The menu therefore changes constantly, based on the following principle: 'vegetables of the moment', which is why there is no menu available. As a guest, you can choose a lunch menu for 110 euros per person, or a dinner menu for 185 euros per person. All dishes are dairy-free and of course the menus can also be ordered as vegetarian. This is normally possible, but during the PLANT FWD week there are even more options. + More info- Dutch

Restaurant De Nieuwe Winkel
At De Nieuwe Winkel everything revolves around plants. It is a restaurant with two Michelin stars for its cuisine and a green star from Michelin for sustainability. Chef Emile van der Staak is concerned with sustainability and the future of the world. Partly for this reason, the kitchen is predominantly plant-based, organic and seasonal. The restaurant is located in a former orphanage that was once to be demolished but has been preserved by activists. De Nieuwe Winkel has been located in the building since June 2019. The menu changes often, that's why we don't have one online. The examples are mostly from old menu's. But what is certain is that you will be surprised by all the flavors. There is a choice between a six- and nine-course menu, and a three-course menu is also possible during the week. Reservations are necessary, and also far in advance: for example, they are completely booked in 2023. Fortunately, there is a reserve list. + More info- European
