Description
At the cosmopolitan restaurant A Beautiful Mess in Utrecht, located in the asylum seekers' center in Oog in Al, Middle Eastern dishes are served. This special restaurant offers paid jobs and volunteer work to people who have fled to the Netherlands. Here they learn all the ins and outs of the hospitality industry. The menu is therefore inspired by kitchens from the countries where this employee originally came from. You can think of flavors from different countries in the Middle East, but also dishes from Ukraine or Eritrea. All dishes are mezzes, so small snacks. Perfect for sharing and especially fun to taste different flavors.
