Description
Since 2020, the healthy concept Aubergini has been located in Amsterdam. The restaurant serves fresh plant-based dishes with, you guessed it, eggplant as the main ingredient. They use a lot of tasty vegetables, fruit and seeds to prepare finger-licking dishes. Enjoy delicious dishes, but in a sustainable way. There are a number of meat dishes on the menu, but the majority are vegan.
