Bloem, a cozy pancake restaurant that has been open since 2021, is located in the middle of the Ginkelse Heide. In addition to pancakes (which can also be made completely vegan!) with different toppings, they also have a menu with sandwiches, salads and burgers, of which there are a good number of vegetarian dishes and also some vegan.
