Description
Blue is a restaurant with a 360 degree view over Amsterdam. Blue is located in the 30-meter high Kalvertoren, which has a beautiful view of the entire city. Take the glass elevator up, and you'll be surprised. The menu is very diverse and had many vegan and vegetarian dishes, so there is plenty of choice for everyone. Whether you fancy Dutch croquettes, a soup or a scrambled “egg”, it's all possible. Blue likes colorful plates of freshly made food with local products.

Blue heeft een mooi uitzicht over de binnenstad van Amsterdam en zit in de Kalvertoren. Daardoor is het wel echt een toeristentrekpleister. Ze hebben redelijk wat vegan opties op de menukaart staan. Ik bestelde een tempeh salade, maar ik vond deze echt heel matig. De vulling was minimaal en de dressing was niet lekker waardoor ik niet echt heb genoten van de salade.
