Description
Located on one of the most famous places in Maastricht; the Market of Maastricht, you will find Café Local. In the summer there is a large terrace, in the winter you can sit inside. The menu includes Limburg classics, such as zuurvlees (a stew) (also vegan), but you will also find vegan fish & chips, pasta dishes and (vegan) croquettes. For breakfast there are a number of vegetarian options on the menu, but no vegan. But for drinks and dinner you can choose from various vegan dishes.

Lekker eten, goede service, leuk terras. Niks op aan te merken maar ook niet super bijzonder. Gewoon een gezellige tent. Als vegan had ik de vegan zuurvlees (al vind ik hem echt te zoet, maar dat ligt meer aan de Maastrichtse smaak dan aan het cafe, want in deze stad hoort het zoet). En de friet is echt fantastisch lekker.
