The kitchen team, led by chef de cuisine Robert Levels uses French cuisine as a basis for their dishes, enriched with surprising preparation techniques from all over the world. For a vegetarian or vegan menu, the chef uses ingredients from his own garden and the adjacent Cannerbos. Maître d'hotel Robert Bisschoff and his team have a personal and authentic service style. They are happy to advise you on the choice of a matching wine or an alcohol-free, homemade cocktail. When the weather is good you can have lunch and dinner outside on the terrace with a breathtaking view over the UNESCO baroque gardens and the Jeker valley.
