Examples of vegan dishes:

• Vegaburger Vega burger based on oyster mushrooms grown by BRANS from Deventer. Served on a burger bun with DAVO sauce, lettuce, tomato and cheese. With fries and mayonnaise.
• Vegakip A warm sandwich with vegetarian chicken with DAVO sauce, homemade sauerkraut and spring onion.
• Grilled corn on the cob Two corn on the cob, served with spicy mayonnaise and parsley.

Examples of vegetarian dishes:

• Salad Red chicory salad with quinoa, pear, parsley, chives, hazelnut and gorgonzola dressing. Served with bread and butter.
• Unusual fries Large fries with sauerkraut, beet mayo, DAVO sauce, cheese sauce with our own tripel, spring onions and fried onions.
• Vega plank A changing plank. Richly filled with cheese, vegetables, homemade sweet and sour, bread and fried snacks.
