Description
At De Centrale in Delft offers a culinary surprise menu, made as much as possible with local ingredients. The only thing you have to choose is whether you go for a 4, 5, 6 or 7-course dinner. There is a standard choice between a vegetarian and a non-vegetarian menu. It is also possible to change the vegetarian menu to a vegan menu, just let them know when you make your reservation. Vegan dining is possible with a maximum of 5 courses. De Centrale wants to make dinner a total experience where all the senses are stimulated. That's why a lot of attention has been paid to matching art and design in the restaurant.
