Description
At restaurant De Dyck, awarded the Michelin Green Star for sustainability, you can enjoy pure, sustainable and culinary food. The majority of the ingredients used come from our own land and vegetable garden. Part of the harvest is fermented, so that the vegetables from the garden can be eaten all year round. At De Dyck you can eat a 4, 6 or 8-course vegetable garden menu. The menu is vegetarian, but you always have the option to supplement with meat or fish. So you may see a piece of meat passing by. Unfortunately, the vegetarian menu cannot be adapted to a vegan menu, but sometimes a few dishes in the vegetable garden menu are vegan. There is also an extensive wine list, indicating the maximum number of kilometers a bottle of wine has traveled to reach your glass. Nice to know if you are concerned with the environment and/or like to drink local wines. The menu changes depending on what the vegetable garden has to offer; that is why RestauPlant does not have a menu online.
