Description

De Kleischuur (the Clay Barn) was founded in 2014 and is located in a building that - as the name suggests - used to be a storage facility for white clay. Now you can eat special dishes in which vegetables play the leading role. Most dishes are vegan; sometimes some milk or egg is used, but basically the menu is plant-based. However, meat and fish can be served for a supplement; So the Kleischuur is not completely vegetarian. Furthermore, de Kleischuur works closely with local farmers and suppliers to prepare works of art that are as sustainable as possible. Tip: indicate when booking that you eat a plant-based diet.
