Description

In 2019, Dima opened her own restaurant in Zwolle. Dima was born in Syria and it is therefore no surprise that she makes authentic Syrian dishes in her eatery. Syrian cuisine is very vegetarian-friendly: more than half of the menu is vegan or vegetarian.

Fattoush Fresh salad with cucumber, tomato, lamb's lettuce and a special dressing. Garnished with pomegranate and croutons of Arabic bread.
Haraq Osbao Traditional dish from Damascus. Consists of lentils, pasta, garlic, lemon juice. Served with crusty bread, fried onions and pomegranate.
