In 2011, FouFow opened their first ramen shop in Amsterdam. You pronounce Fou Fow as Fu Fu, which means "blowing sound" in Japanese. So Fu Fu good before you burn your mouth. Fou Fow has tree locations in Amsterdam, witch one of them is undon restaurant. Fish and/or meat is almost always used in Japanese food. This is also like this at Fou Fow. However, they also serve vegetarian options that they can also prepare vegan. Please let the waiter or waitress know if you would like to have a vegan option.
