Well-known chef Peter Lute and his wife Marieke recently opened GREEN Gastrobar restaurant. A sustainable and vegetarian restaurant at the Zuidas. The menu is full of luxurious vegetarian dishes that can be ordered a la carte or as a complete menu. Changing the menu to a vegan menu is no problem at all. During lunch or dinner you can enjoy the beautiful view over Amsterdam because the restaurant is located on the 26th floor of the VALLY on the Zuidas.
