Description
Juuls Hummus makes hummus in an authentic Israeli way. In the deli, which focuses on Tel Aviv cuisine, hummus is served as a meal in a bowl with all kinds of toppings, served with pita, olives and sweet and sour pickles. The hummus itself is vegan, as are many dishes on the menu. A number of dishes are vegetarian or contain meat. Utrecht has two Juuls Hummus branches, including this one in Baanstraat.

Beste hummus in Utrecht by far. Ik had de hummus met pittige aubergine en mijn vriendin die met paprika en tahin. Allebei waren ze heerlijk. De pita's zijn ook lekker vers. De eigenaren zijn ook super sympathiek dus zeker een plek om naar toe terug te keren (ook voor afhalen).
