Maoz vegan is a worldwide known falafel bar. At the time, Maoz started in Amsterdam, where they now have four locations. All Maoz locations in Amsterdam are vegan, in other places they can also be vegetarian. You can get pita falafel, pita shawarma, bowls and salads here. The concept is simple: you choose one of the basic ingredients, and you can add as many toppings as you want to your pita or salad. Maoz has a few and sometimes no seats, it's a takeaway bar where you can get a quick bite.
