At MOGU Malatang they serve - the name says it all - Malatang. This is a Chinese street food soup. They have three different types of stock as a base, and 40 types of vegetables that you can put in it. The nice thing is that as a guest you can choose which ingredients and how much you want to eat. This way you can order it exactly to your taste. The ingredients are almost all vegan, with a few vegetarian options. If you like mushrooms, you've come to the right place: they have more than 10 types of mushrooms to choose from. It is not without reason that Mogu means mushroom in Chinese.

Mogu Malatang is a great, cosy restaurant with delicious food. You choose your ingredients and broth and they cook it for you. There were three broth flavours (Japanese miso, Thai Tom Kha and Sichuan style). After this, you can also add toppings from their topping station. The food was so tasty and the staff were really friendly as well. All in all a great experience and I would love to go back soon!
