Description

At restaurant Neder, guests can enjoy local dishes. All ingredients used come from the Netherlands - including all drinks. Neder has its own vegetable garden, but also makes trips to local food forests, farmers and the wild nature. Neder is busy preserving, fermenting and roasting all year round, in order to be able to work with Dutch ingredients all year round. Although the restaurant serves meat and fish, they always serve a fully plant-based menu. Neder received a Green Michelin star in 2024.
