MICHELIN star restaurant Fitzgerald is a contemporary culinary and wine destination where Rotterdammers and (inter)national guests meet. A restaurant with a beautiful private dining, spacious bar, and private courtyard. It is located on the modern Gelderseplein in the historic Oude Haven. The international interior combines modern design with vintage classics. In addition to the MICHELIN star, Fitzgerald has also been awarded the best wine list of the year 2022. Fitzgerald has a regularly changing menu where you can choose from a 4 to 7 course menu. They also serve a vegetarian menu that can be adjusted to a vegan menu.
