Description
Merlet is a hotel, restaurant and grand café in one. The restaurant has a Michelin star. Guests of the hotel and the restaurant have a beautiful view of the dunes. If you fancy a special experience and like service and a chic atmosphere, you can dine excellently in the restaurant. A full vegetarian menu is also reserved. If you have a smaller budget or prefer a more informal meal, you can go to the grand café for lunch or dinner. Vegan food is possible in the restaurant, but please indicate this in advance, because there is no fixed vegan menu. This is why there are no vegan examples on RestauPlant. The menu's are examples; because the menu changes often, we cannot always have the current version online.
