Description
Ron Gastrobar is the original restaurant where the famous chef Ron Blauw once started. The menu now has a specific 'Green' section, from which several smaller dishes can be chosen for a complete meal. Most of the green card is vegetarian, but they can veganize many of them. The restaurant has one Michelin star so don't be afraid to ask for dishes to be made vegan.

Een sterrentent die veel vlees op de kaart heeft staan, maar toch ook vegan kookt: spannend. De kleine hapjes zijn allemaal smaakvol, maar om nou te zeggen op het niveau WOW WOW sterren, dat niet. Ik lunchte er, en je telt er uiteraard een flinke smak geld voor neer. Dat je dan nog patatjes zit te eten omdat het niet helemaal vult, is toch zonde.
