For more than 15 years, Takumi has been providing the tastiest ramen (Japanese noodles) in Eindhoven. With three different bases for the soup (salt, soy and miso flavors) and dozens of topping choices, there is something for everyone. There are four standard vegan ramen dishes on the menu, and you can choose extra (vegan) toppings. There are also a number of vegan side dishes and they have a vegan curry with pumpkin croquettes. If you're in the mood for Asian flavors, this is the place for you. All vegetarian options are vegan. unless you order egg with it.
