From home-made jam, to self-developed sourdough and self-grated lemons; Urban Bakers is a bakery where everything is made in-house. The grain comes from local sources as much as possible and all ingredients are vegan and organic as much as possible. The bakery is therefore busy with sustainability. You will also find savory focaccias with, for example, artichoke spread, but also sweet tarts or croissants.
