Description
The only thing the Vegan Sushi Bar fishes out of the sea is plastic. The sushi menu is 100% plant-based and has more to offer than just a boring maki avocado. The Vegan Sushi Bar mimics sushi by using, for example, salmon or shrimp substitutes. The sushi is a feast for the eyes because of the beautiful colors that are used. You can eat on location, have it delivered or pick up the sushi yourself.

Great place for vegan sushi!
Loads of creative vegan options and fillings. They also have interesting seafood alternatives like vegan shrimp.
It's very expensive (around 15EUR for a special roll)
We used to think of vegan sushi as that piece of cucumber rolled in some rice 🥒🥲 Vegan sushi is hard to come by but the Vegan Sushi Bar has managed to put together an amazing menu that will make non-vegans jealous! Their motto “The only thing we take out of the ocean is plastic” 🌊 We’re very lucky to live very close to one of their locations 😜 They have two cute, insta worthy locations in Kinkerstraat and Wittenburgergracht. And their sashimi ‘salmon’ is definitely something to try 😏
De smaak van de sushi is echt goed. Ook veel variatie in het type sushi. Minder vond ik dat het niet zo lekker gerold was en dus uit elkaar viel als je het at.
