Welcome to RestauPlant.com. RestauPlant is an online platform where you can find information about where and how good you can eat vegan and vegetarian food at restaurants in the Netherlands.

Definitions
"User" : refers to any individual of 18 years or older who is able to conclude contracts and who visits the RestauPlant Website and/or has an account on the RestauPlant Website. Plural: “Users”.
"Terms of use" : refers to the general terms of use and any special terms of use.
“User Content” : refers to all elements mentioned by the User on the RestauPlant Website, including text, documents, images, photos, reviews or right to reply.
“Reviews” : refers to the statements made by the User about the quality of the RestauPlant Website

Applicability
RestauPlant offers Users an online platform subject to the unconditional acceptance of these Terms of use.

Users represent and acknowledge that they have read these Terms of use completely. Moreover, the use of any service offered on the RestauPlant Website leads to an unconditional acceptance of these Terms of use by the User.

RestauPlant reserves the right to change these Terms of use in whole or partly at any time. It is therefore the User's responsibility to regularly check the most recent version of the Terms of use. That version is published on the RestauPlant website. Users are expected to accept this latest version when using the RestauPlant Website. If the User does not agree with the amended or supplemented Terms of use, the only option is to stop using the Platform and to delete your Profile.

Profile
In order to make optimal use of the Platform, the User must create a Profile as described on the Platform. The User guarantees RestauPlant that the information you provide when creating your Profile is complete and correct. During registration, you must also provide a password and username that will allow you to access the Platform and your Profile.

The User is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the data provided, as well as for the adjustment of the data if it is no longer correct.

The data provided during the registration process will be stored in a database and processed according to the Privacy Statement that you can find here.

RestauPlant is at all times entitled to change, adapt and/or close the Platform without being responsible to you in any way for compensation. If you do not agree with the adjustments and/or changes that have been made, the only resolution is to stop using the Platform and to delete your Profile.

RestauPlant reserves the right to change the login procedure and/or your password and/or username if it is necessary in the interest of the functioning of the Platform.

Users can close their account at any time. Users should send an email to info@restauplant.com to arrange this. RestauPlant will handle the application within a reasonable period of time and close your account.

Admission Requirements
You are welcome on the website if you:
- are vegan, vegetarian or flexitarian
- have the intention to eat vegan or vegetarian in a restaurant
- have the intention to find a restaurant to go out with vegans, vegetarians of flexitarians and therefore looking for a restaurant with vegan and/ or vegetarian dishes.

We also commit users to:
- not use the RestauPlant website if you are looking for a restaurant where you want to eat meat or fish;
- not to post content related to meat and/or fish dishes;
- not post content to provoke;
- not post animal cruelty content;
- not to use the RestauPlant Website content for any illegal, unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- not to place any information about the User or the restaurant owner on the RestauPlant Website if that information is not correct, in violation of privacy legislation or if that data is offensive, objectionable or threatening or if that data incites hatred or violence or if the Users do not possess the intellectual property rights or have not obtained the express consent of the holder of those rights.

Reviews and User Content
Users must follow the rules below when publishing certain information on the website and in particular when publishing a review about a restaurant that can be found on the RestauPlant website.

To publish a review, Users must have an account that identifies them on the RestauPlant Website.

The User only writes reviews about vegan and/or vegetarian meals from a visited restaurant. Any review containing other types of meals may be rejected and/or removed by RestauPlant, although RestauPlant it is not obliged to do so.

RestauPlant reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to screen, refuse to post or remove reviews at any time and for any reason, or for no reason, although it is under no obligation to do so. If RestauPlant has any questions about your review, RestauPlant reserves the right, but not the obligation, to contact you for more information.

Users agree that publishing the review on the Website RestauPlant automatically grants RestauPlant a non-revocable, permanent, non-exclusive royalty-free permission to use, copy, display, adapt, modify, translate, distribute, promote, feature in other advertisements or materials, use it as the basis for derivative works, emphasize, distribute or distribute such User Content globally and allow third parties to do the same, through online or other media.

By publishing User Content on the RestauPlant Website, Users grant RestauPlant all necessary rights to prohibit the display, collection, copying or use of such User Content by any third party for any reason. Users irrevocably waive any claim and representation of moral or proprietary rights with respect to this content. Users acknowledge and warrant that they are authorized to grant the above permissions.

Free use of the RestauPlant website
The services offered on the RestauPlant Website are usually free. Tariffs may be charged if changes are made in the services, the evolution of the network, the technology and/or legal requirements. Users will be duly informed about this by an addition to these Terms of Use and/or by adding special terms and conditions regarding paying for services on the RestauPlant Website.

Third-Party Websites and Services
The RestauPlant Website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. The links are for informational purposes only. RestauPlant does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content or for the privacy policies or other practices of those websites. The display of links to such websites does not constitute an endorsement of those websites nor a possible relationship with the publishers of those websites. It is the User's responsibility to make any deemed necessary or appropriate checks before using those websites or transacting with any of those websites.

Intellectual property
All moral and material intellectual property rights concerning the content and information on the RestauPlant Website belong to RestauPlant.

All elements (brands, designs, texts, hyperlinks, logos, images, videos, sound elements, software, layout, databases, codes, etc.) on the RestauPlant Website and on the related websites are protected by national and international legislation on intellectual ownership. Those elements remain the exclusive property of RestauPlant and/or its partners.

Users may not, without RestauPlant's prior written permission, in whole or in part, reproduce, present, republish, redistribute, adapt, translate and/or modify or transfer that data to another medium.

Liability
RestauPlant does not accept any liability for damage resulting from the provision of the Platform or otherwise, other than as stated in this article and/or elsewhere in the Terms of Use.

RestauPlant does not provide any form of guarantee regarding the Restaurant Data or the services and/or business practices of third parties on its website. It follows that RestauPlant cannot guarantee that Users will be satisfied with the products, services and/or business practices obtained from third parties.

RestauPlant does not guarantee the content, objectivity or correctness of the User Content, including, but not limited to, the reviews published by the Users on the RestauPlant Website.

All information that can be found on the RestauPlant website can be changed at any time, taking into account the interactivity of the website, without this being the responsibility of RestauPlant.
