Childhood friends Simon and Tim have opened their own restaurant in Amsterdam East after years of working in the catering industry. Coulisse is located in the former NewWerktheatre. Here you will find local, seasonal dishes and enjoy 'easy fine dining'. Coulisse has had a Michelin star since 2023. It is possible to eat plant-based here; please indicate this when making your reservation.
