Restaurant Novum is located in the Omnia building on the campus of Wageningen University & Research. Although there is meat and fish on the menu, the restaurant is making a transition to as much plant-based food as possible. So there are vegan and vegetarian dishes to look at, and the 4-course dinner can also be completely plant-based.
