Description
Héron is a Green Michelin star restaurant where pure and honest food forms the basis. The menu is based on what is available on Dutch soil and in season, and some of the ingredients are picked in the countryside in and around Utrecht. At Héron you can choose a 3-, 4- or 5-course dinner. Vegetables form the basis of the menu and this can be seen in the many vegetarian dishes on the menu. Four of the dishes are completely plant-based. If you want to eat vegan, you can indicate this when booking and this can be taken into account.
