• Viên Chiên Fried vegan meatballs on a skewer, served with sweet and sour carrot together with hoisin and spicy chili sauce.
• Gỏi Cuốn Rice sheet rolls, filled with rice noodles, fresh vegetables and herbs and stewed tofu or curry tempeh
